The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, strives to become a leading faculty in human resource training and scientific research in the field of engineering, particularly Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Automation. The Faculty aims to serve national socio-economic development, meet the demand for high-quality human resources in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, achieve the quality standards of the Southeast Asian region, and hold an important position in domestic and international cooperation for training, research, and academic exchange.

The Faculty is a training unit under the University with the mission of providing high-quality technical human resources in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Automation for the entire country. It serves as a center for scientific research (NCKH) and technology transfer within its specialized fields of training.
