On June 23, 2026, at VinFast Hai Phong, VinFast held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, opening up a comprehensive cooperation direction in training, scientific research, innovation, internships, and recruitment, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources for Vietnam's automotive and electric vehicle industry.

At the signing ceremony, Associate Professor Bui Phu Doanh – Vice Rector of the university – emphasized that the strategic cooperation between Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) and VinFast is not just a typical handshake between a university and a business, but a strategic step within the university's long-term development orientation.
