STRATEGIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FACULTY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (HUCE) AND 911 GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY

     On the morning of April 13, 2026, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 911 Group — one of Vietnam's leading enterprises in the supply of machinery and equipment for construction projects.

     This marks a significant milestone, opening new opportunities to strengthen the connection between academic training, research, and industry practice for both faculty members and students.

     On behalf of their respective organizations, Dr. Cao Thanh Dung (Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and Mr. Nguyen Manh Hai (Chairman of the Board of Directors, 911 Group) reached a consensus on a comprehensive cooperation framework with the following objectives:
