Job Vacancy: Lifting Equipment Engineer

Vietnam Rental is one of the largest professional construction equipment trading and rental companies in Vietnam, with three major branches in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.

We are specialists in the sale and rental of self-propelled aerial work platforms and the authorized distributor of Genie aerial lifts (USA) and Maeda Mini Cranes (Japan) in the Indochina region.

Currently, we are recruiting for the following position:

Position: Lifting Equipment Engineer

  • Number of vacancies: 02

  • Working location: Phung Town Industrial Cluster, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi

  • Working hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

    • Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

1. Job Description

  • Conduct handover, training, repair, and maintenance of all types of aerial lifts, lifting equipment, and self-propelled mini cranes of Vietnam Rental at workshops, warehouses, or construction sites, as assigned by the technical team leader;

  • Provide on-site repair support at construction sites when required;

  • Perform after-sales services according to order requirements;

  • Fully understand safety regulations and equipment operating procedures, as well as potential occupational risks;

  • Read, understand, and follow equipment operation and repair manuals;

  • Be willing to travel for work assignments when required.

2. Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance;

  • Basic knowledge in one of the following fields:
    Power Mechanical Engineering (construction machinery, automotive, agricultural/forestry machinery, mining equipment, etc.), Mechatronics, Automation Control, or related majors;

  • Education level: University degree;

  • Ability to work independently and in teams;

  • Honest, diligent, and responsible working attitude;

  • Age range: 25–40 years old;

  • Foreign language: Basic English or above (basic communication and ability to read technical documents);

  • Possession of a car driving license is an advantage;

  • Priority given to demobilized military personnel.

3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly income: VND 10–15 million;

  • Lunch allowance, company SIM card, and travel allowances;

  • Provided with uniforms and company vehicles for business trips according to company policy;

  • Periodic training conducted by brand experts;

  • Entitled to annual leave, public holidays, company trips, salary increases, and year-end bonuses in accordance with company regulations.
