II. Admission Methods:

1. Method 1: Admission based on the results of the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination and aptitude test results in 2026 (for programs requiring aptitude subjects).

• Applicants register their admission preferences on the Ministry of Education and Training’s centralized admission system (the System) from July 2 to 5:00 PM on July 14, 2026.
• Applicants using aptitude test results from other universities must submit those results online via the portal: https://nopdiemnk.huce.edu.vn  from June 1 to 5:00 PM on June 16, 2026.

2. Method 2: Admission based on high school academic records combined with conditions on the high school graduation exam results:

• Applicants register their preferences on the System from July 2 to 5:00 PM on July 14, 2026.

3. Methods 3, 4, 5: Admission based on results of exams organized by other higher education institutions (TSA, SPT, V-SAT):

• Applicants register their preferences on the System from July 2 to 5:00 PM on July 14, 2026.

4. Method 6: Direct Admission and Priority Admission

4.1. Direct Admission

Applicants follow these steps:

• Step 1: Submit application documents directly at the University (during office hours) or send via express postal service from May 30, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 20, 2026.

4.2. Priority Admission

• Eligible applicants: Candidates with outstanding achievements or students from specialized high schools (studied in grades 10, 11, 12) nationwide, key national high schools, or those holding international standardized test certificates with scores of at least 1200 (SAT) or 24 (ACT).
• Register on the University’s system: https://utxt.huce.edu.vn from May 30 to 5:00 PM on June 20, 2026.

2. Registration on the Ministry’s system:

• Applicants pay fees according to regulations and guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Notes:

• Information submitted on the University’s portals is used for admission processing and priority point consideration. Admission is conducted according to the Ministry’s official plan.
• Independent candidates (graduated before 2026) without an account on the System must apply for one through local Departments of Education and Training from May 1 to May 20, 2026 to be able to register their preferences.
