Dear Participants,
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, would like to extend our sincere thanks to all lecturers, alumni, students, as well as organizations and individuals who showed interest and participated in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Logo Design Competition organized by the Faculty.
Your enthusiastic participation contributed greatly to the success of the competition. The diverse and creative ideas you submitted have inspired students to better understand the Faculty’s values and identity, thereby fostering greater passion for learning and research. We sincerely hope to continue receiving your interest and support in building the brand and promoting the image of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
A large number of entries were submitted to the Faculty. After classification and screening, 24 logos met the mandatory requirements of the competition (the list of participants by entry codes is provided in the attached image). From these, the Organizing Committee selected 12 logos to advance to the final round (06 logos chosen through online voting and 06 logos selected by the Organizing Committee), bearing the following entry codes: 01, 02, 03, 06, 08, 12, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24.
In the final round, the Organizing Committee invited lecturers from the Faculty of Architecture, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, who are experienced in logo design, to review and evaluate the quality of each logo. The awards were announced as follows (images of the winning logos are attached):
First Prize: Entry Code 24 – Author: Group of lecturers, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, HUCE
Second Prize: Entry Code 03 – Author: Duy Thien Dao, Class 62 KM2, HUCE
Third Prizes (02):
Entry Code 12 – Author: Viet Quoc Nguyen, Class 65 MEC2, HUCE
Entry Code 22 – Author: Nghia Van Tran, Project Office 1 – SENA Regional Development Center
The Faculty initially planned to invite participating organizations and individuals to attend the award ceremony on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20). However, due to the complicated developments of the pandemic, the Organizing Committee decided not to hold the ceremony and will instead deliver the awards directly to the winning individuals and teams.
The Organizing Committee would like to sincerely thank our two sponsors for accompanying and supporting the competition: Vietnam Industrial Development Investment Joint Stock Company and ASIASAFE Certification and Safety Inspection Joint Stock Company.
