📅 COMPETITION TIMELINE
📆 Round 1 – Online Design (Preliminary): January–February 2025
📆 Round 2 – Onsite Final Defense: March 2025

🎯 OBJECTIVES
✅ Create an annual, professional, creative, and practice-oriented platform for students in Engineering – Mechanical – Manufacturing fields.
✅ Enable students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems, solving machine-design challenges derived from enterprise needs.

🏗️ COMPETITION STRUCTURE
🔹 Round 1 – Online Design:

• Teams submit 3D drawings and simulation videos of the automated machine according to the Organizer’s requirements.

• Accompanying activities: 02 training sessions on:

  • Requirements analysis & idea development skills

  • Component selection skills and catalog usage

🔹 Round 2 – Onsite Final Defense:

• Teams advancing from Round 1 will present and defend their designs before the Jury Panel.

• Accompanying activity: Visit to a real automated manufacturing factory.

🎓 ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
👩‍🔧👨‍🔧 All engineering students currently studying at universities, colleges, and academies across Northern Vietnam.

📝 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
👥 Each team consists of 05–06 members and 01 supervising lecturer.
