[HUCE] ANNOUNCEMENT: OPENING CEREMONY OF THE 2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

Welcome to the new academic year and look forward to the series of activities celebrating the 60th anniversary of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering! The University is pleased to announce the schedule for the Opening Ceremony of the 2026-2027 academic year: see attached image.

Time: 7:15 AM – 10:35 AM, Saturday, September 5, 2026 (Students must be present for attendance check between 7:15 AM and 7:45 AM)

Location: 2nd floor - G3 Auditorium, Hanoi University of Civil Engineering

Participants: 800 student delegates representing various Faculties/Departments according to the allocated list.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Attendance via QR Code: Students attending should check their email before September 3rd, 2026 to receive a QR code for attendance at the auditorium entrance.

- Dress Code & Conduct: Wear uniform/formal attire, arrive on time, and follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.

- For new students of cohort K71: There will be a separate welcome program as planned by the University.
